You have to save your library in BBCBASIC format
(and not in text (or .BAS) format)

Steps: Overview:
 1. -Start BBCBASIC for Windows
 2. -Load your file
 3. -Select from menu option 'File'
 4. -Select from list 'Save as'
 5. -Select 'BBC BASIC File (*.BBC)' from list 'Type'
 6. -Click button 'Save'
