What should I look for in a possible Christian marriage partner?

The Bible doesn’t specifically mention “Christian dating” but it does
talk about who Christians should associate and find fellowship with.

The book of Proverbs describes the types of people who can pull us
away from our walk with God. The New Testament describes a Christian
as a “new creation” and brought “from darkness into light”.

The New Testament contrasts Christians and non-Christians when talking
about who Christians should be closely associated with. Christians
should not be “unequally yoked” with non-Christians, implying that
marrying a non-Christian will cause the two individuals to live
uncomfortably together. The Bible asks, when talking about this,
how “light” and “darkness” can have anything in common.
In these respects The Bible is very clear about whether Christians
should marry or date non-Christians. Everything it says about these
matters implies that to date or marry a non-Christian is a very bad
thing and could cause much harm.
So who should a Christian be dating?
Firstly, in the light of what we said above, a Christian should only
look to date other committed Christians. Only another Christian can
share your values and outlook of faith.
Secondly, it is important that the Christians you date are of moral
and spiritual integrity. It is not enough for someone to state that
they are “a Christian”. How does this work out in their lives? Does it
make a difference to the way they live? Is the way that this is worked
out in their lives similar to the way it works out in your life? Ask
them some probing questions when you meet them and observe their lives
as you get to know them.

I guess it depends upon how deeply are you into the religion stuff. The
more imortant issues happen because of the cultural, habitual
differences between people of different religions
