Steps: Overview:
 1. -Download and install Eclipse v3.1.1
 2. -Goto URL
      http://download.eclipse.org/tools/ve/downloads/drops/R-1.1-

 3. -Download the following files (e.g. in the same directory as you 
installed Eclipse v3.1.1)
     1. -EMF or Eclipse Modeling Framework build 2.1.0
          http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?
file=/tools/emf/downloads/drops/2.1.0/R200507070200/emf-sdo-runtime-
2.1.0.zip
     2. -GEF or Graphical Editing Framework Build 3.1
          http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?
file=/tools/gef/downloads/drops/R-3.1-200507071758/GEF-runtime-3.1.zip
     3. -VE or Visual Editor Runtime 1.1
          http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?
file=/tools/ve/downloads/drops/R-1.1-200507221721/VE-runtime-1.1.zip
 4. -Unzip this files in the same directory as Eclipse v3.1.1
     1. -E.g. unzipping from the command line using pkzipc.exe
              (press <A> to overwrite 'A'll when asked)
         1. -Extract EMF
              pkzipc -extract -dir emf-sdo-runtime-2.1.0.zip
         2. -Extract GEF
              pkzipc -extract -dir GEF-runtime-3.1.zip
         3. -Extract Visual Editor
              VE-runtime-1.1.zip
 5. -Run eclipse.exe
