How do you change the margins and fonts just for printing.

For browsers that support style sheets you can add a media rule:
@media print {
BODY { font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt; margin: 1in;}
}

Alternately, if you want to show the print on-screen, an 8.5" paper,
I've calculated, is about 815px. Of course, this is an extremely
unscientific calcluation, and it probably differs depending on your
screen resolution (this was done at 1152x864)...but hey, who's counting?
