How to get content of the page without creating the url objects and getting the content again. Something like view source of the browser

I seem to recall seeing something like this,  have a look for Stephan 
Koch's Voodoos JavaScript at

You may find what you are looking for there. I think it was his page 
anyway. There is a download section that has a number of different 
formatted document types, so be of good value going there anyway even 
if it does mainly relate to JavaScript v1.2.
