Yes this can. All variables used within double quotes ("") are parsed
and will be replaced by their values. So, if you have a piece of code
like this:
<?php
$dir = '/photos/';
header("Location: $dir");
?>
Then. PHP will translate "Location: $dir" to :
"Location: /photos/"
