While calling a form, it is displaying the PHP code instead of displaying the output .....

Hi,
 The main reason for displaying the php code is that your server is not 
parsing the php code correctly. So the error may in your code. Make sure 
that code is between <? ?> tags. Also check whether php is properly 
installed or not. You can check this using  making phpinfo page.
 If you still have pblm post the code here so that i can check
