Unable to transfer and open a pop up window with out a alert message on the window opener

Sur,
     Reply back if I've not understood the situation, but for security 
reasons it is not possible for Internet JavaScript to automatically 
close the opener window from the popup window unless the opener window 
was also created via the JavaScript window.open() method.
