To divide 4000 by increments of 10
for($i=10; $i <=4000; $i = $i+10){
 $myvalue = 4000 / $i;
}
Each iteration would divide 4000 by incrementing $i by 10, for example 
the first few would be:
4000 / 10
4000 / 20
4000 / 30
