How can I Change The IE Settings using JavaScript..( Add my IP to client IE's Trusted Site List )

Ramesh,
     Unless the user has been silly enough to leave their browser wide 
open to such attacks, it is not possible to change the browser 
settings using Internet JavaScript.  I'm sure you can see why this 
would be a security issue.  Yes?
