why do American not buy oil painting from china

American market have a great demand of oil painting,china produce 
great quantity of oil painting every year,but why don't American buy 
oil painting directly from china?The main reason is that american need 
high quality oil painting,they think quality of paintings from china 
is not as high as they expect,so they buy them from europe and 
middleast,they think oil paintings from there are high quality,but the 
truth is that art dealer from europe and middle east buy oil painting 
from china ,then make some little change so that they seems painted in 
europe and middle east,and then,they sell them to american.They earn 
the  money from chinese and american.
