Rising Chef Trophy Conferred

The first edition of the Rising Chef Trophy was conferred upon Margot 
Janse along with two other chefs from UK and Italy. The award was 
bestowed at the Relais & Châteaux annual congress held in Monaco in 
November 2006, where Janse was extolled for her creativity and 
dedication to her profession and whipping up an ambitious and
