Hello.
Here are some guidelines for protection against those vexing viruses:
Buy and set up a branded antivirus software program.
Buy the software from a trusted dealer.
Keep the antivirus software updated; use automatic updates or do it
manually— at least twice a week.
Direct the antivirus program to auto scan for potential viruses every
time a word–doc is opened.
Don’t swap data from other computers through floppy disks or other
mobile storage devices.
Format floppy disks before using them for the first time, for
transferring data.
Don’t install pirated software.
Avoid downloading software from the internet.
But if you do download from the net, scan it each time.
Be sure to make periodic backups of all important files on your
computer, this is the best way to save your data in case of disasters.
thanks
