how do I make a js that saves in a text file all the links with specific string in all sites I visit

JavaScript cannot handle that task because JavaScript is not allowed
cross-domain access. "Cross-domain" merely means that the internet
document you're trying to access is not part of your own website.
Thus, to accomplish what you're asking, you would need a local
application with built-in browsing capabilities -- or a browser
plugin. For example, such a local application could be written in
Visual Basic v6, or using .NET (if you're into the most recent
programming languages). Note that browser plugins can't be written in
JavaScript either. ;-)
