Pretty scanty information on which to create an answer, but I presume 
you're asking about the default browser window.  Thus, the short 
answer is that JavaScript cannot be used to remove or add any of the 
default browser window dressing (i.e., title bar, status bar, menu 
bar, tool bar, address bar, etc.) features.  JavaScript can only 
control the presence or absence of most such features in a browser 
window which is created from JavaScript via the window.open() method.
