How to manipulate table cell height according to another object's dimensions? (e.g. DIV height)

Mirabel,
     Just give both the table cell and the DIV an ID value.  Then:
var hgt = document.getElementById('divId').offsetHeight;
document.getElementById('cellId').style.height = hgt+'px';
