ERROR 2003: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061) - How do I fix this?

First, kill your mysql-nt process.  Then change the port in your my.ini
in the MySQL folder to something besides 3306 (I chose 3316).  Restart
your mysql-nt process.
