How to detect IE Settings using Javascript

Jon Blair,

Is it possible (using JavaScript or any other client-side means) to
determine which Internet Options/Settings a User has selected on their
brower?
For example, I need to know if they have selected:
IE6 > Internet Options > Temporary Internet Files > Settings > Check for
newer versions >...
> "Every Visit to the Page" ** OR **
> "Automatically"
