I always get an Error using the Oracle libraries. The error means i donīt have an interface driver for oracle. Oracle Extensions and Client installed.

Very clear.
Tha's mean that you don't have installed the client for oracle in your 
server. If you use ora functions you have to install sqlplus client, if 
you use the oci functions you have to install oci client.
The good new if you are use windows you can find compiled dlls with ora 
and oci library for php. Search in google for them. The installation 
it's simple, just copy those dll to the extensions directory of php and 
remove the comment line in the oci or ora use extension in your php.ini
The bad new is, if you are using unix or linux, you have to compile php 
again. With oci or ora -- configure option.
