Ethical SEO is actually optimizing a website which has related content 
to what users are looking for. Search Engines than gives importance to 
the website and higher its ranking so the users can easily find out 
what they are searching for.
There are ways to ethically optimize your website also know as white 
hat techniques. Some of the important things you can do:
1. Have unique content. Content that actually tells the user more than 
they know about the services and products you are offering through the 
website.
2. Have theme based Metas which will include a unique Title and a 
Description that allows the user to identify the website from the 
crowd.
3. Ensure that there are no broken or bad links on the websites. 
Search Engines hate that.
4. Theme based links. Ensure that your website is submitted to related 
directories and two way linking is done with care only to sites which 
provide related services. This will not only help in ranking but will 
also get genuinely good traffic.
