It is relatively easier to get into a BPO as it only requires the process expertise; whereas in KPO you need specific domain knowledge and expertise to get an opportunity. While BPO jobs pay you better in comparison to KPO jobs, it doesn’t offer that lucrative a career. However, KPO though pays less initially offers a promising and long-term career in the long run.
