What makes protocols so vulnerable?

Each and every internet protocol is as strong and robust as the ability
of the programmer who makes it. Unfortunately, most programmers can not
visualize the unpredictable behaviors of the hackers and therefore,
unable to write codes that could safeguard against any threat attacks.
Besides, the vendors are more worried about the launch of new products
in the market than emphasizing on making the products secured.
