What are news aggregators in RSS?

News aggregator (aka news reader) is a technical term for a website or a
system that primarily collects information from various sources then
collates and displays them. It is in fact, a piece of software that
reads RSS feeds. Although, they are usually stand-alone programs but
they can also be integrated into other programs such as email software.
News aggregators are a major source of feeds which they create by
scraping the HTML from the sites that can not produce on their own.
