Newsletters or e-zines sent to customers with the help of RSS feeds are
becoming a huge success across the web of late. Due to the rampant spam
mail threats, many people use spam mail filter to do away with the
unwanted emails, newsletter or e-zines, and hence, many of those do not
even reach the destination. For this reason, email marketing has been
seen as a futile operation by many companies these days. On the other
hand, people are not afraid of and in fact quite keen receiving
newsletters and e-zines which are sent via RSS feeds. RSS
feeds-generated news letters and e-zines are literally unspammable and
therefore, enjoy the popularity of the online consumers. As a result,
many companies have resorted to deploying this as an effective marketing
tool to increase their client base.
