There are quite a few factors that decide the efficiency of a website.
You can compare these factors with the existing features in your website
and find out where your website stands. Following are some of the
factors against which you can check the efficiency of your website:
- Your homepage should be clearly stating what your website is all about
without beating around the bush or using too many jargons. It should
have a user-friendly navigation link structure that will guide your
visitors to the other important internal pages in your website.
- Your site should be quickly loading and should be compatible to all
commonly used browsers.
- Your content should be compact, concise, persuasive and free of any
grammatical errors. All your targeted keywords should be used in the
content.
- All the links in your pages should be working properly; there must not
be any dead links or broken links whatsoever.
