As long as your allergy has never put you in hospital or required you to take cortisone tablets, taking an allergy kit with you should be enough. A standard allergy kit which has antihistamines, cortisone cream and an asthma inhaler (if appropriate) may be all you need. If you have had a serious allergy reaction in the past, your emergency kit should also contain adrenaline by injection. You may want to consider a bracelet or pendant which contains your medical details. Your doctor should be able to advise you about the options available. A visit to your doctor or specialist physician before your trip may be the best action. Despite many countries having higher pollution than Australia, I am surprised that most of my patients have less allergy whilst overseas than when at home. http://www.jaipurtravels.com/ http://www.namaskarindiatravels.com/ http://www.hillstationindiatour.com/ http://www.wildlifeindiatravel.com/ http://www.rajasthantravelsguide.com/ http://www.jaipurtravelguide.com/ http://www.jaipurtourismguide.com/ http://www.travelpackageindia.com/ http://www.udaipurtravels.com/ http://www.pushkartravels.com/ http://www.travelpackagerajasthan.com/ http://www.agratravels.com/ http://www.info4india.com/ http://www.indiantravelguideindia.com/ http://www.rajasthantravelguide.co.in/ http://www.traveltoindia.biz/ http://www.jaipurjaipur.com/ http://www.indianhotelindia.com/ http://rajasthantravelsguide.blogspot.com/ http://indiatravelsguide.blogspot.com/ http://jaipurtravelsguide.blogspot.com/ http://travelguiderajasthan.blogspot.com/ http://aahindia.blogspot.com/ http://jaipurtourguide.wordpress.com/ http://jaipurrajasthanindia.blogspot.com/ http://worldtravelsguide.blogspot.com/ Sources : betterhealth.vic.gov.au
