How To Play * Trace or draw a heart large enough to fill an 8-by-10-inch piece of paper. * Use this heart as a template to cut hearts out of 8-by-10-inch sheets of red or pink construction paper. Make sure you have one heart for each child. * Divide each heart into five horizontal and five vertical rows, creating a grid. * Open a bag of candy conversation hearts - the kind that have little sayings on them. Tips & Warnings * Be sure that the children are able to read the sayings you select. Usually children in first grade and up will be able to play unassisted. Help younger players locate sayings on their papers.
