I would really love to go to Tibet from there, is there any chance?

I heard of flights from Kathmandu, but starting in April, aren't there any flights in February at all?

The best place to check about flights is your nearest travel agent. Yes,
there are flights from Kathmandu to Lhasa twice a week. I understand
that they are throughout the year but I may be wrong. I don't have up to
date information about flights and I would request you to check with
your travel agent.
