In general, Goldgate casino wasn't great, but it was fair. The games
lagged a bit too much, but with only a couple exceptions, they seem to

is their customer service, namely the Live Chat feature. I tried for a
good 10 minutes and at least 3 re-loads, to get the Live Chat feature to
work from their website, to no avail. Then I decided to try the Live
Chat from inside the Casino. This feature worked, however, it was 5
minutes (at least) before I even got a response, and then, though the
representative was very polite and eventually helpful, it took several
minutes (the least being 3, the most being 8) between responses. I asked
her a simple question that should have taken less than 5 minutes to take
care of, as I'm sure it is a common question (I asked how to tell how
much was left on my wagering requirements). The whole conversation took
between 15 and 20 minutes, which, even accounting for high levels of
traffic, should have taken no more than maybe 10 minutes, and even that
is really pushing it. This Live Chat was definitely not instant.
