How do I include a file into an embedded table cell without changing the cell's background color?

As long as the included file doesn't include or generate any code that 
shouldn't be in a table cell (for instance, a <body> tag), it shouldn't 
have any effect on the background of the cell itself.  Try running the 
resulting page through an HTML validator (such as the one at 
http://validator.w3.org/) to find any errors.
