We have done something similar using the ChartSpace object from Microsoft Office Web Components. If you install the dll on your server, you can define a chart layout and the data to be represented in an asp, create a temporary gif file and display it using an image tag. You can use FSO to get a unique temporary file name. The charts are not as pretty as those from excel but do the job. Put the temporary files in a unique directory because you will need to delete the "old" ones regularly.
