Who belong to some decent family?

Who not to give anything except your smiles?

The children by the highways who get after every halting tourist vehicle
asking for pens, sweets and money do actually belong to some decent
family or the other.
The act of gifting small things by a few initial groups of tourists has
now become a habit for these children who actually sell these items at
local shops.
It is quite advisable not to give anything except your smiles to them.
Please help them become self-respecting citizens.
