In South India, I would recommend Munnar. It's a truly enchanting place
set among beautiful tea plantations. It is not yet a big tourist
destination yet, so is not spoilt.. Has some truly breathtaking views.
It also offers great trekking. Located in Kerala state. More information

Another option would be Coorg. Natural beauty here too, with great
views. Located in Karanataka state.Rajasthan also a colourful state with
colourful views.
