RSRTC namely Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation provides
passenger road transport in Rajasthan, and to Gujarat, Maharashtra,

Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation runs buses within the state
of Rajasthan and to the neighbouring states of Gujarat, Punjab, Delhi,
Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Maharastra.
It has a total of 5000 buses in its fleet. RSRTC operates express,

* Ticket reservation is available at all bus stations free of charge.
* Online ticket facility is available for Air conditioned, Deluxe,
Semi-deluxe and express buses through 20 Kiosks in and around the Jaipur
city.
* Facility to book six seats in each service through telephone is also
available for passengers boarding at Jaipur.
* Other than CBS Jaipur On-line booking facility is available free of
cost at RSRTC counter at Narayan Singh Circle Jaipur.
* For Member of Parliament, Legislative Assembly, Ladies and for
Handicapped People RSRTC has reserved special quota seat in each service.
* At 27 major bus stands like Jaipur, Ajmer, Jodhpur, Kota, Bikaner,
Udaipur, Delhi, Ahmedabad computerized reservation along with return
ticket facility is available.
* Mineral water is provided to the passengers travelling in Air
Conditioned and Deluxe Bus services between Delhi and Jaipur.
* Break-fast (Gold Line Services) is served to the passengers travelling

* Sleeper coaches (Gray line) are introduced in the long distance night

RSRTC Passenger Insurance
For ensuring a safe and secured journey RSRTC has introduced a new
insurance scheme by charging additional one rupee from passengers for
traveling above 60 kms. Or ticket valued above Rs.20/-. Incase of
accident immediate relief up to Rs.50, 000/- is admissible in this scheme.

* At all the bus stands and booking stations RSRTC provides enquiry
facility from where passengers can obtain service details.
* Air Conditioned waiting rooms are available at CBS, Jaipur and Bikaner
House, New Delhi.
* Cloak room facility is available at all the major bus stands.
* STD/PCO (telephone) services are available at all bus stations.
* Credit card is accepted only at Jaipur and Delhi stations for ticketing.
* Complaint and Suggestion boxes/books are available at all bus stations
to record the opinion of passengers.
