How can I get a visitor of my site's e-mail address?

If you're trying get a visitor's email address automatically, then it's 
really not possible.  The only information a web server can always get 
from a vistor is their ip address, and the web page they want.  Beyond 
that, nothing is guaranteed.
Probably, the only way your going to get a vistor's email, is if you 
ask for it on your web page and they give it to you.  From there, you 
could store the email address in a file or database.
