How do I disable Netscape Browser Back Button so that site navigation can be controlled by the application?

Aug 25th, 2000 16:26
Martin Honnen, Bob Jones,

You cannot disable the back button. All you can do is open a new window
without toolbar and menubar:
  open(location.href, 'windowName',
       'toolbar=0,menubar=0,status=1,resizable=1,scrollbars=1')
and close the old window:
  window.close();
Or in NN4 with trusted script you can remove the toolbar/menubar.
