How do I get the "help" link on all pages not just the first?

Just add files to the modules/help directory.  The files that you add
must have names that correspond to the names of the screens that you
wish to provide help for.
In other words, FreeTrade provides context-specific help. Each screen 
module can/will have its own help file. Create the help file, name it 
the same as the screen, put it in the help directory and you are done.
