Kerala in India, the land of green magic,is a narrow, fertile strip on
the south-west coast of India, sandwiched between the Lakshadweep sea
and the Western Ghats. Kerala, a tropical paradise & only a couple of
hours away from any metro, but a whole world apart.
With seductive beaches in quiet seclusion, with the dream-like serenity
of its enchanting backwaters and lagoons, with ancient temples and
lovely palaces that make you forget the age you are in and wih nature
cures and herbal massages that tone up your body ,mind and soul, this
holiday, comes calling on this land of romance and endless surprises.
The main aim of taking one of the Ayurveda tours in India is to
revitalize oneself. The healing system of Ayurveda tries to accomplish
this by achieving the right balance between the mind and the body. The
end result is a retrieval of both immunity as well as good health. The
one and the only place in India for an Ayurveda tour is the state of
Kerala. The pleasant climate and abundance of natural resources make
Kerala the best venue for the healing and therapeutic programs. If you
feeling too low and feeble these days, then, it is the time to book one
of the India Ayurveda tour packages.

Ayurveda is based on the principle that the Universe is composed of five
basic elements - the Panch Mahabootas, namely: Prithivi(earth),
Apya(water), Teja(fire), Vayu(air) and Akash(space). Ayurveda exists on
the fact that the Tridoshas - Vata, Pitta and Kapha - in the human body
should always be in equilibrium. The unbalanced state of these three
elements results in a disease in the body.
