How to pop up the mail and preload a mail message from the browser

If the message is always the same you can use the following code in the 
href tag:
<a href="mailto:luizpaulo@mediavox.com.br?&subject=help 
needed&cc=lupa@persocom.com.br&body=I'm sending a predefined e-mail 
message.">Mail me</a>
But if you want a form field to be the source of the message is a bit 
more complicated.
