How to specify possible places of "breakage" of page at a seal of the html-document that, for example, "were not broken off" a picture?

CSS 2 has a set of property to help control page breaks unfortunately it 
is only supported by IE4 plus and possibly NS6, the properties are
page-break-after
page-break-before
page-break-inside
