How could i have a Frame that sits permanently on top, no matter what link i click

Simple, you can't. Because I can breakout of any frame. Even the V3
banners are killed by brute force, and in any kind of browser!
Take a look at one of mine projects go.to/spacetubbies And did you see it?
It's V3 but NO frames and NO banners in there frames!
