Search engines are not worried about the file extension when indexing
pages, so they will index .php files just the same as .html or .anything
extensions.
Although it's not a problem anymore, a few search engines aren't too
keen on QUERY_STRING's (stuff after the ? in the URL). If so, they may
ignore links like this:
http://www.server.com/index.php?var1=value1
You can avoid that problem by using URLs of the form:
http://www.server.com/index.php/value1
