How can I change the color in the certain javascripts? such as text scrolling.

If you mean the scrolling text then use a style to directly change the 
text eg:
<script .... ><!--
...setup layer and scroll box...
 document.write ("<font style=color:#000099;font-family:Arial, sans 
serif;>text here</font><font style=color:#ff0099;font-family:Times, 
serif;>more text here</font>")
...close scroll box and layer...
-->
</script>
For any other changes just set the page and layer properties the way you 
want them.
