RH 6.0 lilo problem: It doesn't run LILO from hard disk. Just see LIL 101010101 I have 6 logical partitions with Win 98 and Win2000 on it. Guesses?

Maybe the entire boot loader stuff and the kernel are above 1024 
cylinders?
Try installing the newest LILO and rewrite the mbr using "lilo -L".
