When I am trying to send a cookie to a browser via PWS and usin Response.Cookies or Response.Redirect, the browser tells me that the HTTP can't be mod

Use 
<%Response.buffer = true%>
at the start of the script and then use
<%Response.Clear%>
before Response.redirect
You can add just one HTTP header.
