Firstly, I am surpised nobody has answered this question already. 
Gawd..give us a break... You cannot, JavaScript is not designed for 
these sorts of purposes. 
What you are asking to do is to use Javascript to implant upon some poor 
unsuspecting User's computer anything, a bomb, a virus, a worm or 
anything that may damage their computer.  Youre purpose may be 
legitimate, but what about the cracker along side you? 
I would expect that people realise the implications of the questions 
they are asking.
