How will I include a portion of another web site in my web site, using IFRAMES?

May 3rd, 2001 05:23
Colin Fraser, Anil Guntgatti,

Recognise that using IFRAMES is not necessarily a good solution, after
all, nn4.x did not implement the tag. However, try this
<IFRAME src="http://www.somesite/help/javascript.html" HEIGHT="75%"
WIDTH="75%" MARGINWIDTH="2" MARGINHEIGHT="1" ALIGN="center" NORESIZE>
</IFRAME>
The height attribute and width attributes refer to the current screen
and will not make it square. It is not neccessarrily a good idea for
users to be able to resize iframes.
To target a page is fine, to target something inside that page refines
it even further, but increases the possiblity of error. Keep it simple..
