Use a META REFRESH tag. <META http-equiv="REFRESH" content="5; url=http://www.yoururl.com/"> to set the time, change 5(seconds) to whatever you want. 10 seconds is usually the longest setting you should use unless you have alot of text then give the user enough time to read it (by the slowest amount) and then also offer an alternate link to the page (for older browsers).
