How can I make MySQL user friendly, what program can I use as an Interface?

Most hosts have this already installed (with Cpanel or Plesk) so you
should have it already, but it's also possible to install it on your own
hosting.

If you are looking for a web-based administration program myPHPAdmin is 
great.  You (or your ISP) must be have PHP installed on the server for 
this application to run. 
If you are looking for a language to create your own application 
interface to a mySQL database, PHP is the best choice.

You can also use MS Access as a front-end. Make your SQL database,
install the MyODBC drivers, and link to the tables from Access. From
there, it's easy to program Access to make update screens, etc.

download PremiumSoft Navicat (http://www.mysqlstudio.com) or EMS MySQL 
tool (http://www.ems-hitech.com/mymanager). They both support to 
manage your local or remote databases.

good. Its available at http://www.sqlmanager.net/products/mysql/manager
