I have php4.03 installed with W98 and PWS. I nstalled with the EasyWindows install. The paths to the dlls seem to not be recognized. Help!

If you mean you installed the .msi version then you
recieved no external .dll's with the download. Only 
the larger of the precompiled downloads comes with 
the external .dll's.
